Metis was the ancient Greek goddess of wisdom, prudence and strategic advice. She was known to be resourceful at solving complicated problems in innovative ways – in today’s terminology, we might call her the goddess of out-of-the-box solutions.
As the research and technical wing of Gryphon Partners, Metis aspires to the same.

We have two functions. As the in-house “think tank”, we conduct independent research and studies and publish objective assessments on current international trends and developments. We also organize seminars, conferences and events.

Secondly, as the hands-on management center, we rigorously see to the optimal implementation of our clients’ projects. To us, no project is cookie-cutter, and no solution is boilerplate. We find the best experts, negotiate agreements in line with industry standards on behalf of our clients, and interface between them and the technical teams throughout to optimize open lines of communication, keep the work on schedule and aligned with expectations.
